A guide for major career decisions
Should you stay
or should you go?
When your career is consuming your life, the instinct is often to conclude: "I need to get out." Sometimes that's true. But before making a major change, it's worth getting specific about what isn't working.

I'm Jess — a former corporate tech leader turned somatic and inner child coach for women. I made this because so many women have come to me at the same crossroads: something has to change, but they aren't sure what, or how. I've been there too.
Some women need an entirely new path. Others find the space they need on the one they're already on. Both are real. This is a place to begin finding out what's true for you.
Love always, Jess
